Terms of Service
Last updated 7 September 2026
These terms govern use of AE One, a customer-relationship platform that helps trade and service businesses manage enquiries, leads, messaging, and advertising, including through Meta platforms. By using AE One you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the people you invite. Keep your credentials secure. You must have the authority to connect any Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, or WhatsApp number you link, and to message the customers you contact.
Acceptable use
- Follow Meta's Platform Terms, messaging policies, and advertising policies for any connected account.
- Only message people who expect to hear from your business, and honour opt-outs.
- Do not use AE One to send spam, deceptive content, or anything unlawful.
- The AI receptionist answers only within your business's scope and is always disclosed as an assistant; you remain responsible for the messages sent from your accounts.
Advertising and spend
Where you use AE One to manage ads, spend-affecting actions require your explicit confirmation and are recorded. You are responsible for the budgets you set and the amounts Meta charges you. Per-account spend caps you configure are enforced before any budget change is sent to Meta.
Data
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are the controller of your customers' data; we process it on your behalf to provide the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep AE One available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, AE One is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Questions: support@tradeform.au.
